In 2024, the Paris workshop at 30 bis, boulevard de la Bastille in Paris was a lively place where craftsmen could show off their skills to visitors from a wide variety of backgrounds.

The De l'or dans les mains association, of which Nicolas Merveilleux is President, celebrated its 3rd anniversary in Paris at the workshops, where many curious visitors were able to discover the various Rémy Garnier trades, operated by the craftsmen on site. Regular visitors, such as partner carpenters, shared their impressions with newcomers such as members of the French Ministry of Education, representatives of Foundations (Rothschild, Rémy Cointreau and Michelin), and Hervé Lemoine, Director of the Mobilier National. All were fascinated by the place.

The association's main mission is to raise young people's awareness of manual trades by bringing craftsmanship into the classroom. The association works with thousands of young people in over 40 schools in 6 regions of France.

As you know, Maison Rémy Garnier holds the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) label. This is a mark of recognition from the French government, distinguishing French companies that apply the highest levels of industrial and artisanal know-how.

To demonstrate its commitment, Rémy Garnier hosted a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Association Régionale EPV de l'Ile de France. Some thirty EPV-labeled companies, ambassadors of French artisanal and industrial excellence throughout the world, visited the workshop and discovered our know-how.
