Vincent Segouat has many strings to his bow: curiosity and versatility are the two adjectives that best characterize him. Portrait.

Trained as an ironworker, he joined Rémy Garnier as a trainee with the idea of discovering the company, its know-how and its trades.

During this internship, he specialized in locksmith mechanisms. He quickly got to grips with everything, and at the end of his internship was hired by the company.

He worked in bronze and became a fitter in the Paris workshop, using the material to make thousands of pieces (espagnolettes, crutches, buttons, etc.).

The Tork collection, his baby

In particular, he has been able to develop numerous projects in their entirety, from design to final part.

His imagination was able to create the Tork collection. Its bronze twists evoke the recognizable style of Arts Déco ironwork. The raw material is hot-worked to take shape and retain its movement.

During his six years as a bronze fitter, he also trained the craftsmen who joined the workshop. His expertise and know-how have benefited these new arrivals.

For 2 years now, he's been workshop manager, and more specifically for everything to do with locksmithing, of course.

A man of many passions

Vincent is very sporty outside Rémy Garnier: sometimes with boxing gloves to let off steam, and other times running to decompress.

He is currently preparing for the next Paris marathon, and we wish him the best of luck.

In his spare time, he also strums... the guitar, of course! to compose all kinds of tunes.

He loves working with materials and metals to create prototypes. A new collection for Rémy Garnier, who knows...
